With a MindBodySpirit Coaching Program, I’ve got your back!
Whether it’s for 12 months, 6 months or 3 months, I’ll accompany you through private, online, one-hour coaching sessions.
Since each program is designed with the particular needs of the client in mind, these coaching sessions are very dynamic and may include techniques from various modalities.
Furthermore, you’ll receive recordings of many of your private sessions with me so that you gain a personalized means of continued success even after your program is finished.
My Coaching Programs are excellent for stress reduction, fear release, pain management, living with cancer, addiction recovery, and much more.
NOTE: I take a limited number of coaching clients per calendar year.
What happens during a private session?
Private sessions are tailored to the needs of each client, and I use a variety of approaches depending on what is necessary at any given time.
Here’s what might happen during a session:
- guided relaxation
- introduction to mindfulness and self-hypnosis techniques
- lifestyle coaching
- goal setting
- yogic or energy healing techniques
- and much more
*I generally like to meet with a client for a free consultation before any purchase is made, since we can discuss your hopes and concerns before getting into a formal session or exchanging any money.
This meeting can take place over the phone or online.
3 Levels of Coaching exist:
With this year-long coaching program, you get an initial 4 sessions to kick-start positive change in the area you’ve chosen to work on. These 4 sessions can take place over the course of a month as weekly sessions, or over the course of a day as a full-day online retreat.
You then receive bi-weekly private sessions for a grand total of 30 sessions over the course of the year.
As with all levels of membership, and to thank you for supporting my small-business big-value approach, you will enjoy free access to monthly online group meditations and/or workshops.
The investment for this level of support is $2997 plus tax.
2. The Original MindBodySpirit Coaching Program
With this coaching program you get an initial 4 sessions to kick-start positive change in the area you’ve chosen to work on.
These 4 sessions take place over the course of a month as weekly sessions.
As part of your coaching program, you then receive an additional 11 private sessions (for a grand total of 15 sessions) to be used over the course of a year.
As with all levels of caoching, and to thank you for supporting my small-business big-value approach, you will enjoy free access to monthly online group meditations and/or workshops for the duration of your program.
The investment for this level of support is $1697 plus tax.
3. A MindBodySpirit 12-Session Coaching Program
If you have recently completed a 4-session program and want to maintain your progress over the course of a year, this is the perfect membership level for you.
(If you would like to experience a more intense shift, these 12 sessions can be used over the course of 3 or 6 months.)
As with all levels of membership, and to thank you for supporting my small-business big-value approach, you will enjoy free access to monthly online group meditations and/or workshops for the duration of your membership.
The investment for this level of support is $1497 plus tax.
